I come here a lot but the therapists have been consistently late recently. This was a rearranged appointment as they were running 45 minutes late first time round and didnt apologise. I was the first appointment of the day and still had to wait 15 minutes. My biab infill usually takes 45 min and I was there for 1.5 hours. The shape and painting are rough and the therapist nicked me with the sander. Shame they don't value time keeping or loyal customers..will be going elsewhere if they don't sort
