I have used my nails for about 2 years and they always do such a great job which is why I keep going back but the most frustrating part is that if you book a appointment they are NEVER on time, they'll tell you to wait 5-10 minutes and you can wait up to half an hour. Im seriously considering leaving them for this reason as it hasn't gotten any better in the whole time I have been coming to them but I keep returning as I always love the end result
