I didn't have a good pedicure experience. The tech didn't ask if I wanted to cut my nails/what shape I wanted and wasn't paying attention while scrubbing my foot to the point it left a scratch. The polish job was rushed and had bubbles after it dried, I asked them to fix it, which was also rushed and didn't look very good at the end. I had previously been for a gel manicure which was less rushed but also not great quality (uneven nail lengths and inconsistent shape).

My Nails are reliable in quality, it’s very convenient and staff are good. They are quite expensive and if you’ve booked during a busy period they aren’t great with gatekeeping your appointment time as they will take walk-ins (just fyou)
