Extremely uncomfortable experience.
Booked a Hollywood hot wax and the therapist used strip wax to clean up the stubborn hairs after specifically indicating I did not want to do so. Hairs have now started to grow back after only 2 days in the spots where strip wax was used (usually hot wax lasts 3-4 weeks). Extremely disappointed & waste of money. Would appreciate if you could contact me about a refund.

The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, clean and has a very tranquil and calm feel to it. My treatment was done with much precision and attention. From the start to the end of my time in the salon the service was good.

The salon is amazing. I am very happy with the quality of the service that I received and the professional approach of Ana .I am happy with my eyebrows shape. Ana done grate job. And It is a clean and beautiful place with a very welcoming atmosphere. I felt very comfortable during my visit. Additional plus is the location of the salon. I will definitely visit this place again. I recommend it to everyone!
