I highly recommend kensington beautician for the excellent service provided in my dermapen facial. Anna is very professional, welcoming (offered me peppermint tea and biscuits) and very experienced. From the start she made me feel so relaxed and ready to be pampered. After the dermapen and osmosis facial my skin feels so refreshed, smooth and brighter. Anna is so experienced and really makes a great effort to provide the results that you desire. Lastly, the prices are amazing!

Ana was SO SO nice. Put me at ease as waxing is very painful for me. She was fun and professional. The place is very clean and the music is very relaxing. Definitely recommend it!

Pros: Ana was understanding with lovely manners, and keen to share her knowledge. The manicure and pedicure was relaxing and she appeared to know a great deal about reflexology and foot massage. Cons: the room was too dark and not equipped for a mani pedi. No foot or hand soaking and no cuticle work on the hands. I left with misshapen and scruffy nails. Took almost 2 hours for what felt like nothing. I paid to get the job tidied up at another salon. I felt manicure and pedicure is not a service Ana should offer yet until she has practiced and invested in proper equipment - especially a lamp and foot/hand baths.
