Michelle seemed nice, if a bit scatty. Haircut turned out fine but my hair needed a bit of TLC as it’s been about 4 months since I’ve had it cut and I was met with what felt like quite a bit of judgement (you should only go blonde if you can look after it/ have you considered covering your roots etc) as well as a lack of gentleness when brushing it. I’ve never had my hair painfully tugged through a comb so much before. I said I use a tangle teaser and she said that’s good not to damage the hair
