Had a last minute blow dry, never been to this salon before. Everyone was very friendly there. Michelle did my hair she was friendly and made me feel at ease. She did a lovely bouncy blow dry.

Did not come out as I wanted! Took ages 4hours!! And still did not get the colour right! Wanted cool tone she gave warm brassy brown not happy 😔
