Lovely treatment as always! The salon can get busy but I always feel taken care of. The conversation is excellent and the stylist ensures I’m happy with the cut, temperature of water, and always offers me a tea/coffee!

The only downsides were I walked into a terrible atmosphere of a women yelling at the receptionist as an appointment was not booked correctly for her and secondly, a couple insisted on a hairdresser pinning down their son for a haircut when he was terrified. He screamed hysterically and I was stunned that the hairdresser continued. She should have refused. I was lying down for my relaxing bacial hearing screaming and crying which triggered anxiety in my own chest.
