Understand that she’s a new hire (Rosie), but the dye was so incompetently performed that the entire circumference of my face (and parts of my neck) was stained. With the help of another stylist, we had to spend so much time scrubbing off the dye from. I wasn’t even offered a refund for the treatment, the girl didn’t apologize even apologize and even said, “that happens sometimes” which was laughable, because it’s literally never happened in so many years of getting a very basic root/t dye.
