Faligun was great and friendly and it was lovely to see the whole team again after 5 months. The whole team knows me and i dont have any issues but the lady who did my blow dry, first pulled my hair then poked my eye i wasnt happy with part. Falguni was lovely. The whole team i have no complaints, but i guess i cant always have the same tratment after moving to Birmingham.
