First time having this treatment and they looked after me very well. The lady who done the facial was great and made me feel relaxed. One thing I would advise is that if you are giving someone their first facial then it would be nice to advise them of what will be carried out before the session starts, as some parts were a bit of a surprise to a first timer! Still a 5 star service all round and will definitely be returning in the new year. Ive already reccomended a bunch of friends over too!
