Fabulous! The staff were all very friendly and the salon is very clean and welcoming. It was relaxing and I felt really at ease. Staff were really knowledgable and very flexible to my needs/preferences.

The lady who did my waxing was far too rough. The wax got a bit too hot at times, particularly for my arms. I had a wax package that was expected to take 1hr 15 mins; I was out in just under 40 mins. My arms had burn patches which cleared after 2 days.
I also did threading and had slight bleeding around upper lips where skin got cut slightly. Marks are still there 2 days on.
Overall, a rushed and rough job.
