Treatwell had sent confirmation of my booking with the price. When I came to pay, I was told that it was a mistake and that I had to pay £8 more! The "explanation" was that they have no idea why Treatwell had the wrong price and sent out the confirmation!!! After some discussion, it was agreed that "just this once" I could pay the price that I had booked and got confirmation for. They need to sort this out as it is not proper practice.
