I really prefer the booking system as i have limited time and booking my appointments ahead of time help with managing my diary. I don’t appreciate it when double bookings are taken which meant that I had to wait 20mins. The service I get from Svita is always professional. I’m not sure how she is supposed to manage two bookings at the same time?
