I arrived on time and the appointment was late, Syedas previous client came out and she was still nowhere to be seen, although we started later I did still get the full time.
The room was freezing and it took ages to warm up which meant I couldn’t relax as it was so cold, I had to ask for an extra towel as nothing was offered. Was supposed to be a relaxing massage and facial and I was so cold the whole time. They could have turned the heating on when I arrived!
