The lady doing my hair was very good. However I was told at the end that in the future there would be a £5 surcharge as my roots were longer than a certain amount so extra dye was needed. I found this strange as it was only 4 weeks growth and I suffer from alopecia and thinning hair so probably have a lot less hair than the average person.

Had a few issues which I'm hoping will be corrected but my hair was quite a shocking state with all the box dye to take off with a bleach bath but after the tint put I still have patches that were not covered.
