The only downsides were I walked into a terrible atmosphere of a women yelling at the receptionist as an appointment was not booked correctly for her and secondly, a couple insisted on a hairdresser pinning down their son for a haircut when he was terrified. He screamed hysterically and I was stunned that the hairdresser continued. She should have refused. I was lying down for my relaxing bacial hearing screaming and crying which triggered anxiety in my own chest.

Zakia understands hair very well , I have thick frizzy Indian hair which many hairdressers don’t know how to deal with . She knew how to cut , style and blow dry it ! I’m very happy
