The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were polite and attentive throughout my appointment, which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the salon. The premises did not appear to be as clean or well-maintained as I would expect, and this affected my overall experience. A cleaner environment would make the salon feel much more professional and comfortable for customers.
