I have been here several times and the waxing is good value and the therapists are generally friendly and professional. There does, however, always seems to be an issue with my booking- whether that’s being made to wait a long time or booked in for the wrong treatment and told there isn’t enough time to do the one I booked. Such issues are then handled badly by management.
