The beauty therapist had obviously overrun with another client (no problem, it was only 15 minutes) but barely said two words to me, didn't tell me there was going to be a short wait, didn't even say hello so I was left wondering what was happening when she disappeared. Having said that, the treatment was great - one of the least painful waxes I've had, and really quick so I'll definitely go back for that!

It was my first visit to this location after frequenting their Brick Lane premises for years. They missed a few patches but overall it was ok!

Lithuanian woman last time was great, but Brazilian woman this time was terrible at waxing. Also got confused about what i asked for. Had to go back to check the computer. Didn't finish the waxing everything, claiming there was no time left, yet ended the appointment 10 minutes early.
