I received an extremely poor welcome when I arrived. The room was dirty, the chair where I had to leave my clothes was really dirty and full of hair, it was gross. The tiny piece of paper they put on top of the bed broke mid wax and I ended up in the bed naked which is super unhygienic. The tweezers she used to finish were at the Back of a dusty shelf and not sanitised at all. Lastly the wax was bad, I have loads of hair left that she broke and didn't remove properly
