I really want to love this place. The price is right, the staff are friendly, its easy to get in for an appointment, and the location is around the corner from my flat. However, the quality of the leg wax service is lacking -- there are always many stray hairs left on my legs after getting them waxed (especially my light blonde hairs), I'm consistently disappointed when I come home, and I just don't find them to have a high level of detail. I'm really hoping they hire a leg wax specialist!
