This was my first time getting a Hollywood wax, but the friendly therapist made me feel relaxed, comfortable and reassured as soon as I entered the venue. The procedure was painful - naturally! - but she was empathetic and skilled at reducing the pain, and kept me chatting to distract me. I didn't feel remotely embarrassed at any point though I thought I would, and the end result was great. I'll be back.
