This was my first time getting a Hollywood wax, but the friendly therapist made me feel relaxed, comfortable and reassured as soon as I entered the venue.
The procedure was painful - naturally! - but she was empathetic and skilled at reducing the pain, and kept me chatting to distract me. I didn't feel remotely embarrassed at any point though I thought I would, and the end result was great. I'll be back.

I come here regularly but I was disappointed last time. A new person did my waxing and I'm not sure what she was doing different but it was really painful at points. Slightly worried about going back now.

Quite painful but definitely thorough. Went straight in after someone else and was quite aware that the hygienic paper was super narrow.
