I felt very stressed the entire time as it seemed like the lady wasn't experienced in facial waxing. Wax was too hot, felt like it was burning my skin, and it was left on for too long so it was more painful than it needed to be, felt like my skin was being ripped off (I have gotten my face waxed for years so I know what it should feel like). She waxed my cheek even though I specified lip, chin and sides, and even then she didn't properly do my side burns. Don't recommend for facial waxing.

A monthly fixture in my calendar - I’ll never go anywhere else! The wax staff is efficient, talented, and perfection. The woman I’ve seen the last three times is really friendly, professional and takes exemplary care. My hair breaks easily and is a pain to remove but she’s absolutely resolute she’ll give me the best wax every time. Very appreciated!
