Bad experience. The lady waxing my eyebrows began by asking me where I was from, and barely said a word after. She applied wax all at once not in stages and ripped it off at once. The tweezing after was very painful. No trimming done. When showing me with the mirror, she put her head next to mine. I think she was trying to tell me my brows were different shapes but I couldn’t understand her.
I usually have a good experience here, so today was disappointing.

I’m a long time client and used to get a great wax here but I won’t be back because of poor recent experiences. In recent appointments the clinician barely spoke any English and was not able to understand simple instructions related to how I wanted my eyebrows waxed. I like my thicker brows and the technician waxed way more than I asked leaving me unhappy with uneven and thin brows. I’ll be taking my business to a place that has more experienced and English speaking staff.
