I have already sent an email to you about my visit on Friday 18th March. The therapist did not speak English (only Portuguese) and so I could not make myself understood about how I wanted my eyebrows done. She then proceeded to wax my cheeks and I still have a rash on my face two days later. At the end, she tried to charge me twice. I wrote to you to ask you the name of the therapist so not to have her again. My previous visits have been good so I want to avoid having this lady again.

Ellen was fantastic- very fast and with real pride. I booked in for a Brazilian, but she was so efficient that I asked her to do my upper lip, chin and eyebrows as well! Good value for money too. Will def go back!
