The therapist does not speak any English or attempt to communicate. This is the second time i have been treated by her. The first time she missed an area on my lower leg and both times i went back with wax everywhere. Her method is chaotic. When I pointed out the areas of wax she just slapped too much oil on my leg. She did not leave the room while i changed but started clearing up- so tense making
