The beautician was friendly and gentle but she didn’t do a very thorough job. There was lots of areas I had to ask her to re do and more than once. Even when she had finished I wasn’t completely happy. I wasn’t offered a cream or oil to put on the area afterwards as is usually the case. The last time I was here it was much better, a different lady who was very thorough and made me want to return.

I was hesitant to find a new wax therapist, having been to the same person for years! I am thrilled that I took the plunge and have found a reliable and local place. Fatima was very thorough (the sign of an excellent therapist!) and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I had never had hot wax before (usually strips) and I am now a convert! I am ready for my holiday! I will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Elena (hope my spelling is correct) is so sweet. Honestly made me so comfortable and she is so quick! Though it was a little painful as I haven’t had a wax in several months she made the process better by being quick but the quality of the wax is really good & she takes care of removing every last hair
