The wax was good, quick and relatively pain free. But the bed is basic - it doesn’t move up and down (!) so it’s hard to get up if you’re pregnant like me or you have any other physical ailments which might prevent you from climbing up. More effort could be made in general. There is a basic plastic sheet covering the bed which isn’t changed and then a thin bit of paper on top (which is). It’s not comfortable, warm or appealing. A nice candle, a tidy and effort to make it comfy would be good.

Didn’t receive a good wax, I found that the technique used wasn’t great as my hair and skin kept getting pulled and I felt that too much wax was applied all at once.
