I have been getting my waxes done at this branch for quite a while but this one has left me with a lot more ingrowns than usual which is rarely ever the case. I hope I can have a better experience when I go back as I am not willing to give up. I think either the wax was too hot or the technician did not apply talcum powder before the wax.
I’ve tried to contact the salon directly over a week ago and have not had a response. I had an eyebrow wax and eyelash tint. My eyebrows are uneven, so uneven that my sister commented on FaceTime without being told. I requested blue black tint and the lady Fatima could not understand English at all, simply saying black and I said blue black and she dyed my eyelashes black - not the colour I requested. I also went when the weather was 30+ degrees, Fatima was late and I had to stand in direct sunlight for 20 minutes. I’ve been multiple times and had a great experience, it’s frustrating you can’t see who you are booking with as I will never want to go back if I have to be served by Fatima. I am in contact with Treatwell to get a refund.
