Genuinely shocked. I wish I could leave a hood review but honestly I am very upset. Absolutely below standards for cleanliness and performance. Beautician was very rough.. borderline sadistic. Wax was incredibly hot. She waited too long to pull it off. I suffered through it for terrible results on top of it. Hair still everywhere and she just stopped to answer the door. Slapped some cream on me with hairs through it. I will never again go to this "spa" I really cannot say how shocked I am.
