The appointment started 10 mins late The shape of the bikini ended up being totally uneven. she went over with a strip after and was pressing so hard and quickly it was kind of like being punched. I still have red bits where she removed skin a few days later. She missed a big area of my legs, didn’t realise until she’d put oil on, then tried to wax over oil. Also forgot the back bikini so had to remind her. Pretty chaotic and not a nice experience

Great, quick and relatively a-lot less painful then previous establishments ive been to. Wax was right temperature and I felt relaxed and comfortable.
