I went here before for a Brazilian wax which was great so I booked another appointment for an underarm wax. It was clean but the whole place smelled so strongly of bleach. It was the end of the day and I felt like the staff rushed my treatment so they could just get out of there. The lady who did it double dipped into the wax and the wax felt rushed which I didn't like. Cheap, which is good but I think I'd rather pay more for somewhere else cleaner and calmer next time.
