I came in for a Hollywood wax and have been coming to this business for months and this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a waxer.
The staff member was so rude to me, incredibly unprofessional and just generally made it an awful experience.
She rushed the job and caused me unnecessary pain - she was mixing the wax with one hand and tearing off the wax with the other. No warning no holding the skin to make it less painful and overall a really terrible attitude.
I asked her to be gentle and she said it'll be slower and more painful but sure. This is rubbish. I have had many therapists at this business who make the entire process incredibly comfortable. She then said I had tough hair and I said it's never this painful and she laughed / smirked at me.
I am so disappointed in this experience and it makes me wonder if I will ever come back here.
She was awful. I'm very annoyed that I spent money on this experience. I have emailed them and have not received a reply.
