The place was clean and very conveniently located. The waxing was quick and efficient.

I booked a Brazillian waxing, as I was going on a holiday and decided to book with "My Brazillian Waxing" in East London, as they had very good reviews and was fairly cheap! But unfortunately I ended up not having my treatment.
I went to the place at 10am, where my appointment was and was greeted by a lady, who seemed to be very confused and stressed. I said, I had an appointment at 10, whereto the lady said "okay" and asked me to take a seat in the waiting area without any further guidance.
More women were waiting, but the lady at the front desk seemed to be the only one in the salon and had to do both treatments, greetings and payments.
When I had waited for 25 min. without any notice and apologies about the waiting time, I asked the lady, if there was going to be much more waiting time, as I was booked in for 10am.
Thereto she said 15 min., which would have meant I would have waited for 40 min., even though I had booked the appointment two weeks in advance. Unfortunately I had to leave, as I was running out of time, so I ended up not having my treatment.
The lady apologized without any explanation for the 40 min. wait and let me out.
The place itself looked very nice and clean, but unfortunately I had an unprofessional experience because of the unexpected and non explained waiting time - and I feel bad for the lady, who had to do it all by herself.
Sadly I won't be returning to "My Brazillian Waxing".
