I have been here before and had a great experience. This time it felt very rushed and I had to ask to get certain standard procedures. I was never asked if Wax was too hot or not and it was. I would come back here but request a different waxer.

The venue is convenient for me as it's really close to where I leave and quite cheap compared to other places.
Staff is nice and the job is done really quickly which is both a good and a bad thing. From past experience with other places, I think they could be more thorough and do more patches instead of waxing big areas in one go.
