The eyebrow waxing here was more expensive than I usually like to pay but I thought that I would try it as it is really local. I needed to change my appointment time and called the salon to try to change it. The woman I spoke to was quite rude and said she had nothing to do with this and I would have to do it through treatwell, when I asked what other appointment times they had available she replied 'the time that you booked'.
The eyebrow waxing was also a disappointment as I had quite a long wait in an empty shop as no one was at the reception desk and they didn't wax the top of my eyebrows even though I asked if they could. I needed to have them done again soon after.
