The treatment itself was very well done. The ladies are quite cold, not the friendly welcoming you'd want from a salon experience and the place could be cleaner but oh well it was cheap for London, she did a great job, and they let me come in an hour early.

I accidentally was late to this appointment (my own mistake), however staff were very accommodating and still saw to me. My wax was very quick, I was in and out in 25 minutes and very pleased with the results. Room for improvement: it got very hot in the treatment room.
