This was my first visit to this salon.
I have had hollywood waxes for over 10 years and this was by far the most painful experience I have ever had. When the therapist first applied the wax it was burning hot, I told her this and she apologised however the wax did not get any cooler. After telling her for the third time it was too hot, she started blowing on the wax before putting it on me to cool it down.
The therapist really struggled to pull off the wax; one section took her 5 attempts to pull off which left me very uncomfortable and tense.
After the wax had finished, the therapist did not leave the room and began to tidy and change the paper bed liner whilst I was trying to get dressed which was very unprofessional.
