Went here for a full Hollywood, really disappointed. When I arrived the woman on reception was barely interested and told me to go to room 5. Went in, room was small but clean - receptionist came in and left door wide open while I was lying on the bed with no underwear on! Should have just left then!
She started the wax during which I told her the wax was too hot but she did nothing to change the temperature. It was also painful and she used strip wax for some really sensitive areas which is a waxing no-no. I've been getting a full Hollywood for around 10 years so am used to the pain but it was really obvious this woman had no clue what she was doing.
Once finished, she stayed in the room while I got dressed which is really unprofessional.
A week later I have regrowth already which indicates she snapped a lot of the hairs rather than removing them. I also got my top lip done on the same day and again already have regrow!
This salon appears to be run by amateurs hoping for the best. If you want a great wax head for pearl by Aldgate East and save yourself the bad experience!
