Had to wait 5 minutes to be greeted at the door and was waiting in the room to start for a further five minutes. This was quite annoying during a lunch time appointment. However once we started, the treatments were great and professional.

I went for a full Hollywood and had a really good experience. My pain threshold is fairly low so waxing has always been quite painful but here I barely felt it. The beautician was also very kind and welcoming. I will definitely return
