Staff were friendly but the woman who did my wax did not seem like she had much experience. She didn't speak much English and said 'oh my god' several times, which made me concerned that she had done something wrong. This experience was very painful compared to my previous waxes (some of which had been fine at the same place). However, she was thorough and the result was fine.
