AVOID for Brazilian waxes! I’ve never left a bad review on Treatwell before but that was awful. I booked a 'Front & back Brazilian' and she only did the very ‘intimate section’, leaving a load of hair on my inner thigh and on my bum – when I complained afterwards she insisted that was a Brazilian wax (I’ve had loads before, and they’ve NEVER left it like that), and was pointing at the treatment list telling me I would have had to book a bum wax if I’d wanted the rest removed! So I had to finish the job myself at home that night. Someone has said similar below (wish I’d checked before booking) so definitely avoid this place for Brazilian waxes, unless you want to spend about £100 in add-ons to get an ACTUAL Brazilian wax.

This was certainly the most amazing, quickest and painless Hollywood I have ever had in my 10 years of waxing experience. Staff members really are experts in their field here. In 15 minutes of pleasant and fun conversation, I was surprise to find out that the treatment was over without any bumps on the road. I will certainly be returning in the future.
