The most horrendous treatment and experience I have ever had. After 6 years of waxing and unfazed by the treatment this was absolutely unacceptable. Wax was far too hot, was ripping extremely large sections off in stages of 4 with such force the lady was bent over putting all force.
Kept saying 'oh god', blaming the difficulty of ripping the wax off on my hair... showing me the wax with the hair she had just ripped off saying 'SEE'. Was on the edge of tears and was at the point of asking her to stop the whole thing numerous times. Was red, sore and bruised for 3 days after.
To top it off at the end, didn't even leave the room whilst I dressed myself. Worst experience.

Really nice woman doing the wax, but the bikini wax was a bit of a botched job so I had to go Brazilian, which was more painful than I've had in the past. Probably my fault not communicating well enough.
