The most painful wax, I've had in 10 years. Not sure why, as it's usually pretty good. But the technician kept trying to pull off the wax same spot like 3 times, so imagine the pain...

such a horrible atmosphere, legs and brazilian made in less than 20 mn. not done properly and in such a hurry. The lady burnt me.

This was just ok. The facial was good but the appointment was 20 minutes late. The wax was ok but a few areas missed and it’s not as smooth as I’d have hoped.
