I have booked an appointment for Sunday at 9am, the first slot available. As soon as I stepped in, I was made aware that my therapist was running late. Even though I said it was fine by me and that I was not in a hurry, the receptionist rushed me into the little room and started doing my eyebrows. I would have rather have waited for the wax expert as the girl made one of my eyebrows thinner than the other. I was also quite uncomfortable as she kept leaving the room to answer the phone or open the door (because she was ALONE). Once my therapist arrived, everything went well and smooth. She was really lovely and friendly. I will go back again, just not that early in the morning.
