It got the job done but painfully, which is what you don't want when getting a brazilian or any wax. We're not made of steel! Didn't seem the cleanliest of places. They used a tweezer on me that didn't seem sterilised and they left it there after my treatment. One's gotta hope they'd clean it afterward. There was a huge, open dirty bin just behind the treatment bed... overall the majority of my hair were removed but for the same price I could go to much better, nicer, cleaner places. Staff wasn't really friendly.
