When I came in I was left waiting for a while with all the staff busy talking between themselves. The waxing itself was done quickly, although I noticed some wax residue when I got home and some rashes on my skin due too being pulled too harshly. But, got the job done, quite clean and thorough finish. Before and after waxing, only baby powder was applied, no calming lotion or wipes or anything.

Venue did not look as nice as I had expected but it was decent. The treatment was supposed to last over an hour. It took about 25 mins. I received bumps on my lip after having the procedure done. I am very sure she damaged my skin in the process and there was still a decent amount of hair left. This was the same for all of the other treatments. There was a decent amount of hair left on my legs and bikini area. Unfortunately, it seems as though she used poor techniques and snapped most of my hairs as opposed to pulling them out. So I had to shave by like the second day. She did not pull the skin very much so the waxing hurt veryyyyy badly. A week or so on and my legs are very bumpy and I have tones of ingrown hairs.
