Quick and mostly painless!!
If it’s your first time (like me) it may hurt a bit but it’ll be over in no time! They’re fast.
Clean and ambience was lovely, the music was nice. I felt very welcomed and they did everything to make me relaxed. Nothing negative to point out.
The person who did my waxing was really nice and welcoming, great value for money, will be coming back often!

Would not recommend anyone to go here. Worst wax ever experienced with v unprofessional, incompetent and bullying staff member completing waxing. Was left with skin pulled off and very rough waxing experience. Was advised their boss told them not to wax the under side of arms - this was a lie. Very bizarre and horrific experience.
