Venue insisted on me leaving personal information as date of birth, full address, email etc. I refused to give my address since privacy laws have changed and venues are now not allowed to forcibly ask or keep clients' personal details. Technician and receptionist made bad comments about me in Portuguese, unknownly that I also speak Portuguese, my native language. This made the experience a bad taste, despite waxing service was fine.
