The employee was wonderful- she was fast, efficient and just chatty enough to keep me distracted from the pain. She was very accomodating as well, since I had recently had surgery and was picky with where I wanted to be waxed. They were in a temporary studio for two weeks so I blame that for the ambiance/studio space.
